Responding to this request, they awarded $4.9 million in Community Housing Capital funds to build Legacy Trail Apartments—a place that offers more than just a roof over one’s head. This funding was aimed at creating a welcoming, secure community for residents from all walks of life.

Legacy Trail became a true neighborhood, where each 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment home was crafted with comfort and convenience in mind. Designed to be both functional and inviting, the homes provided families with beautiful, modern spaces to create memories, while the shared amenities offered places for neighbors to connect, relax, and grow together.
