Joe Raines

Joe has over 35 years in the financial services industry, focusing on commercial real estate lending and affordable housing. He joined UBCD from Regions Bank, where he was Senior Vice President for 17 years. He holds degrees from Jacksonville State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Joe has been instrumental in shaping UBCD’s Community Housing Capital investments in the area’s economically challenged communities. He serves on the board of directors for Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, the Alabama Affordable Housing Association, and is on the Loan Committee for Partners for the Common Good.
