Kristina Stone

Kristina has over 25 years of experience in affordable housing finance. She began her lending career in Chicago with the Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Chicago Community Loan Fund. After moving to the Gulf Coast in 2005, she worked for the City of Mobile’s Community Housing and Development Department and a private low-income housing developer. Kristina joined United Bank in 2019 and has been instrumental in securing Capital Magnet Fund awards and supporting affordable housing projects throughout the Southeast. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Spring Hill College and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
