Alex Jones, Senior Managing Director and President of UB Community Development and Senior Vice President with United Bank has overseen the placement of more than $150MM in Federal New Market Tax Credits in projects across Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. He is a graduate of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, Vanderbilt University and Auburn University. Prior to entering banking, he served on active duty in the US Navy and continues to serve in the Navy Reserve with the rank of Commander.
