Kristina Stone, Director, Community Housing Capital has more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing finance. Kristina began her career in Chicago, working for the Illinois Housing Development Authority and the Chicago Community Loan Fund. After relocating to the Gulf Coast in 2005, Kristina worked for the City of Mobile’s Community Housing Development Department and for a private low income housing tax credit developer. Kristina joined United Bank in the spring of 2019 where she works with the Community Housing Capital Program, providing flexible financing to affordable housing developments throughout the state. Ms. Stone received a BS in International Business from Spring Hill College and a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University.
